Evaporation

Brilliant Sue Marsh has asked bloggers to blog this petition: http://diaryofabenefitscrounger.blogspot.co.uk/2014/11/who-will-watch-watchmen-open-letter-to.html?spref=fb

The toffs don’t give a damn about public feelings, on the contrary they regard ordinary people with absolute contempt. All that the fuckwits care about is money. Profit trumps every other consideration. But the public enthusiasm for cuts is evaporating, as the lion shakes off its slumber and scratches its head: http://rt.com/uk/204931-austerity-fatigue-uk-dissent/ Nonetheless the idiots who decide on Labour party policy are saying that they will continue the notorious PIP assessments if they get elected: http://www.snp.org/media-centre/news/2014/nov/labour-votes-continue-welfare-cuts-disabled The banking industry are again showing their colours: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wf7a53y9RRM&feature=youtu.be So has Farage: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/nigel-farage-caught-camera-admitting-4617184 Rachel Reeves promptly followed suit, she did this by asking advice from PriceWaterHouseCoopers, in doing so she was sleeping with the enemy: http://voxpoliticalonline.com/2014/11/13/poll-is-it-time-for-rachel-reeves-to-go/ Small wonder that Labour is doing so badly in the polls and were at 29% last week (its 14/11/14): http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2014/nov/12/miliband-fightback-labour-victims-zero-zero-britain?utm_content=buffereebf6&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer

Greed is not associated with brains. Overly greedy people make mistakes, but they always used to get away with it. Class War is about greed, but the lying bastards will not be getting Remarkable Rahman: http://www.counterfire.org/news/17516-lutfur-rahman-not-under-attack-for-what-he-s-done-wrong-but-for-what-he-s-done-right Scotland seems no nearer to devolution, its going to be an issue at the GE: http://www.politics.co.uk/comment-analysis/2014/11/13/tory-rebels-threaten-to-derail-cameron-s-scottish-devolution The longer the matter drags on, the greater the anger the Scottish people will feel, but that’s OK as neoliberals only think about right NOW, the easy buck, the short term. When Red Ed argued Tory policies at Edinburgh he showed which side he was on, no wonder he was heckled: http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2014/09/16/scottish-independence-ed-miliband_n_5829868.html Red Ed might talk about getting rid of the bedroom tax, he might burble about reversing the £3 billion tax cut for millionaires, repealling the Heath and Social Care Act, but two things he cannot bring himself to do are repeal the Welfare Reform Act and repeal the Legal Aid Act. Whatever he does for the 99% must be set against these two. Small wonder he languishes in the polls, small wonder that the UKIP pretenders can make inroads in Labour strongholds. Filthy Farage may pretend he’s not a part of the establishment but when he gets elected the ferocity of the cuts will be unabated.
Tonight is an important night for disadvantaged people, tonight is the night when the hypocrites wheel out Children In Need (CIN). CIN is a British phenomena, like a slap in the face, its impossible to escape the hypocrisy that while at one moment we are raising considerable sums for disadvantaged kids and patting ourselves on the back for each donation, on the hand we are condemning a whole generation of children to grinding poverty, destitution and despair just so the bloated elite can be more bloated. Its alright for ‘funny man’ Gryff Rhys Jones to raise dosh for kids: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p029nhg9 but the ‘funny man’ has the temerity to have a greedy moan about mansion tax: http://www.theguardian.com/culture/shortcuts/2014/nov/03/griff-rhys-jones-leave-country-labour-mansion-tax I used to think Jones was amusing, but I am no longer laughing. If he wants to fuck off, let him fuck right off, with his £20000000 fortune and house in Fitzrovia. But leaving the arse Jones aside, there is more in CIN than meets the eye. CIN is about ordinary people caring about other ordinary people, its about a generosity of spirit from across British society. It has a popuarity which the Tool-box can never dream of. British social attitudes have moved significantly, filthy Osborne is a greedy snide fuckwit, he wont be on the ball.
